Acceptable Use
By using APIFrame, you agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use our API to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your API keys.
Service Limitations
APIFrame provides AI image generation services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for high availability and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Rate limits, credit allocations, and feature availability vary by plan. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice. Paid plans include SLA commitments as specified in your subscription agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, APIFrame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
